A system for daily time management that allows you to process potentially 100
tasks a day and is capable of increasing your productivity and efficiency 300%.

What you’ll need:

What you’ll do:

  1. 1.Make a simple list of To-Dos (preferably the night before) to set a strong intention for your day.  Put important items at the top, urgent items in the middle, and “whenever” items at the bottom.  Alternate easy and difficult tasks.

  2. 2.Assign a realistic time estimate for each To-Do.

  3. 3.When your day begins and you’re ready to tackle your To-Dos, start at the top and work straight through the list, using the timer for each task.  Whenever the timer goes off, stop working on the task.  Check it off and move on to the next task.

  4. 4.If you didn’t finish the task and it’s a repetitive one, allow more time for it next time.  If it’s a task you absolutely must finish today, reset the timer for the same amount of time and keep going.

  5. 5.Finish early on a task?  Congratulations!  You have that much more free time at the end of your day.

  6. 6.Take a 5-minute break every hour (using a separate timekeeper to track your hourly sessions and breaks).
